well, there's some comparison going on.
He do look like Lady GaGa on the video isn't it? But well, is not for us to say anything about it. Yes, cause of the blond many people says he looks like Lady GaGa. & people! For those who have supported Big Bang, i'm sure you guys should know exactly what is GD's style. So, to cut short, GD is not copying Lady GaGa's style. They have their own style alright? :)
